I ordered two of these frames...mint and raspberry. They came very well packaged and the frames were perfect...no scratches or defects. And they each came with the plastic "glass" covered on both sides with a film which is to be removed...keeps the plastic from getting scratched. They also came with D-rings, hanging wire and also a wall hanger. Great product! -
