ALASKA, HAWAII, AND CANADA
Orders to physical addresses in Hawaii are shipped using FedEx 2Day. Orders placed before 2pm EST ship the same day, orders placed after 2pm EST ship on the next business day. Orders to Hawaii not providing a valid physical address will be canceled. Shipping rates are $15 for the first item, plus $5 for each additional item. Shipping cannot be combined when placing multiple orders.
Orders to Alaska are shipped via standard Ground service only. Orders to these locations not providing a valid street address (e.g. PO Boxes), will be cancelled. Transit times of 7-14 days can be expected. Shipping rates vary by package size and weight.

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
