Shipping & Returns

HOLIDAY SHIPPING

In order to receive items before Christmas, orders using standard ground or free shipping must be placed before Sunday, December 13th. Orders where Second Day shipping is selected at checkout must be placed before Sunday, December 20th. Transit times are not guaranteed. Delivery timelines may vary depending on various environmental factors and carrier delays. 

STANDARD 2-DAY SHIPPING

Orders to physical addresses within the contiguous 48 states are shipped using FedEx 2Day. Orders to these addresses totaling more than $25 ship free.

Orders placed before 2pm EST ship the same day, orders placed after 2pm EST ship on the next business day.

Does not apply to wholesale orders.

Transit times are not guaranteed. Delivery timelines vary depending on various environmental factors and carrier delays. 

EXPEDITED SHIPPING

In addition to Ground shipping, we offer expedited shipping (FedEx 2Day). All expedited orders ship the next business day. Rates for expedited shipping will be displayed in the cart at checkout.  Craig Frames does not assume responsibility for delivery exceptions of any kind.

ALASKA, HAWAII, AND CANADA

Orders to physical addresses in Hawaii are shipped using FedEx 2Day. Orders placed before 2pm EST ship the same day, orders placed after 2pm EST ship on the next business day. Orders to Hawaii not providing a valid physical address will be canceled. Shipping rates are $10 for the first item, plus $5 for each additional item. Shipping cannot be combined when placing multiple orders. 

Orders to Alaska are shipped via standard Ground service only. Orders to these locations not providing a valid street address (e.g. PO Boxes), will be cancelled. Transit times of 7-14 days can be expected. Shipping rates vary by package size and weight.

We apologize that, due to the ongoing pandemic, we are not shipping to Canada at this time. 

RETURNS

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
