Like other online retailers, we're legally required to collect sales tax on all purchases that occur prior to receiving and processing the proper documentation. If you are exempt from sales tax and wish to make a tax exempt purchase, please complete the Multi-Jurisdictional Tax Exemption Form and email it back to us at info@craigframes.com, along with a copy of your tax ID certificate. Once we've received this documentation, we'll set up your account and contact you when you're able to make a tax-exempt purchase.
