Frame and Mat
I placed two orders with Craig Frames. One was shipped to a different location. Both came within a week. They were both packaged well and when opened they were in perfect condition. One frame went to a buyer of a painting and she was able to mount the painting onto the mat, prepare the plexiglass, and place into the frame. She was delighted with the result and sent a nice photo of the framed piece on the wall. She said the directions were easy to follow. I would definitely order from Craig Frames again. An added note is that customer service was very knowledgeable and patient.
