Another great frame! Perfect fit

frame corners

Corners on some are not put together well, some seem unglued. A couple of them on a past order had different color stain which vertical was different than horizontal. The rest were OK.

did not receive the frame I ordered

It's a nice frame but not what I ordered. The frame is brown. I order a gray/blue frame. The paperwork looks right. The frame does not. Please advise return process.
