Frame looks good. Price was good. The matt that came with it was cut incorrectly, and I needed a replacement quickly given it is a birthday present. While it is a little annoying that they do not take phone calls, I have to say Brooke in the customer service department was very responsive and was a total star. A new matt was sent out quickly and it looks great. Thanks so much to Brooke.
