FedEx Broke the frame

The box that the frame came in was crushed, but I didn't notice the break with a quick check. I would have returned the frame, but I didn't see the break until I put the painting in the frame that I noticed the break. By that time I had already destroyed the box. Happy the painting wasn't for a client.
