TULIP POPLAR FRAME

The first frame I received had dirty smudges in the paint which could not be wiped off. There was also a tiny hole in the wood on the inner frame near the glass. I called and the very congenial employee sent me a new frame immediately. I could not believe the quick service from this company. I have ordered from them before and the frames have been beautiful. This is the first time I have received a defective product, but I will continue to order more frames from here.

Frames arrived damaged, had to repaint

Of the four Frances I ordered in this line in different sizes, three were damaged. One has a crack, two had noticable scuffs/imperfections in the white paint. I had to glue/repaint 75% of my order. I don't think the packaging was to blame, it was very thorough. I believe the issue is with the manufacturing process. Buyer be aware, you're signing up for returns or DIY.
