Sleek and pretty

A lovely more modern frame that had a but of character. Slight imperfections (purposeful to the frame style) that pair perfectly with the piece i needed framed (modern blank ink portrait of a cat).

Shaker Frames

I have used these frames for several years and have always been enthused with them (why I continue to purchase them). I appreciate the material that are used, and the construction has always been good.

Poor customer service

The frame was delivered on July 2. There's a chip/defect at the edge of the frame. The frame is also not very well made. I reached out to the company through email twice for a return but got no response whatsoever.

condition of frame

the frame at right was received today, Monday, February 27th. It had discolored "score marks" running down the length of the two longest sides and a gouge/blemish on one of the shortest sides. i can only assume that there was a failure of quality control. It's the first time I ordered from this, your company and i must admit, while the pricing was fair, I might reconsider any future purchases.

I absolutely love this classy, elegant frame. I had a print with lots of gold fall leaves in the scene and the accent of goldish color on the frame really set it off. Well made.
