Arrived with thin, scratched acrylic and a cheap cardboard backer

The frame itself is okay. However, the acrylic cover arrived with scratches and is extremely thin. And, the cardboard "backer" is just a piece of cheap material that looks like a piece of a cardboard box.

Total junk. Not sure where they get their reviews.

Our frames arrived chipped and scuffed the length of the frame. Our replacements were worse. It wasn't the packaging since the box arrived completely undamaged. Don't waste your time on this company. Just go get the framed by someone local who makes quality frames.

My order arrived damaged with the corners not aligning and glue marks on them. I got in contact with customer service asking for a refund and received an email that they were instead sending me a replacement frame. I explained I would prefer a refund as I had requested because I already went with an alternative frame, but was told the replacement had already been shipped out. Now my replacement has arrived with the same problem as the first- The corners do not match, there is glue coming out of them, and there are paint chip marks. All in all don't expect much from this frame.
