Features
Overall the frames looked nice and just the color I wanted. Just so you know the gray wood look isn't really wood. I don't think the needlework I put in them for the birth of identical twin boys makes a difference in how they looked. The biggest problem was when my husband was putting the hangers on the back. Whatever the product was that you attach the hangers to was impossible to nail the hanger to. He had to get out his drill and drill holes first. Also frame didn't have glass but plastic, but for me to ship it was better not to add the weight of glass. So I would say the frames have their advantages and disadvantages.
My customers liked the frames, your products are solid, no complaints. Keep your quality high and I will stay with you.
