Frame and Mat

I placed two orders with Craig Frames. One was shipped to a different location. Both came within a week. They were both packaged well and when opened they were in perfect condition. One frame went to a buyer of a painting and she was able to mount the painting onto the mat, prepare the plexiglass, and place into the frame. She was delighted with the result and sent a nice photo of the framed piece on the wall. She said the directions were easy to follow. I would definitely order from Craig Frames again. An added note is that customer service was very knowledgeable and patient.

I'm a repeat customer and have been buying from Craig Frames for several years. This particular frame style is a favorite of mine. They're simple and don't take away from what is in the frame. The frames themselves are well made and sizing is always spot on. They ship very quickly and the frames are packed very securely.

This frame gets the job done - however, I purchased a different type of frame at the same time and greatly prefer the quality of that one (it was called "Confetti"). This one is smaller than you think in terms of frame width, and the black paint/stain is worn off along many of the edges, including the angled part right in the middle of the profile.
