Would not satisfy basic A4 Measurement

I wanted so badly to give this company a higher rating but this order saw much to be desired in the customer service department and sizing policies. I needed a basic A4 sized frame which includes a half size for inches. I set the sizing for higher for the amount of wood they might have to use (so offered to pay more) and then noted the exact size I needed. Without talking to be first, they cancelled my order and told me it was not possible to cut a half inch shorter. I used to work at a framer shop and it is totally possible. Anyone that works a saw and a measuring tape can work it out especially with the extra pay for the frame to account for the wood. They wouldn't work with me. I didn't want a border so had to get the large size and will have to cut my print instead. For a standard A4 size! Pretty ridiculous. Product and shipping are awesome but they could be a little more open minded to what their customer's are paying them for.
