Frame was well packaged from damage and arrived quickly. It worked out well but the-artwork and matting was thick so different retainers had to be added.

Upscale 2" satin black frame

How are you supposed to use the hangers attached to the back of the cardboard? I actually laughed out loud, the cardboard backer is recessed at least 3/4" inside the frame back. I will need to either add a 3/4 inch foam board spacer or attach hangers to the frame itself. Someone is not thinking that one through. Disappointing from an "upscale" product.
