Do collage frames come with mats?
Yes. All of our collage frames include pre-cut mats, which take the guesswork out of sizing and give your photos a professional finish.

What size photos do I need?
Opening sizes vary by frame and are listed in each product description. Mat openings are cut slightly smaller than the stated photo size, overlapping your print by about 1/4" so the photo stays securely in place. Keep important details away from the edges of your prints.

Can I hang my frame vertically and horizontally?
Yes. Every frame can hang either way. Depending on the frame, it comes with a backer that has hangers for both orientations, or with a sawtooth hanger you attach in the orientation you prefer.

How do I load photos into the openings?

1. Lay the frame face down on a soft, clean surface.
2. Gently lift the flex points on the back of the frame. A flathead screwdriver makes this easy.
3. Remove the backer and place your photos behind the mat openings.
4. Optional: secure each photo to the back of the mat with a small piece of tape to keep it from shifting.
5. Replace the backer and press the flex points back down.
