Clearly this item was a return. Craig should not send a return to another customer as the product is flawed. The Craig Frames paper insert was not inside the frame; plain cardboard filled the glass instead. Further, where the frame joints meet are uneven, revealing plain wood where they meet rather than an even seam and gilding. Clearly a lack of craftsmanship and quality control. -
