condition of frame
the frame at right was received today, Monday, February 27th. It had discolored "score marks" running down the length of the two longest sides and a gouge/blemish on one of the shortest sides. i can only assume that there was a failure of quality control. It's the first time I ordered from this, your company and i must admit, while the pricing was fair, I might reconsider any future purchases.
