How do I return an item?
Your frame arrived damaged? You ordered the wrong size? You don't like the style you ordered? These things happen. Let us know and we will do our best to provide a full refund, send an immediate replacement or point you in the direction of the size/style you want. We get it...sometimes things don't work out the way you hoped.
If your frame arrived damaged just call or email us within 30 days of delivery, tell us what happened, and we'll take care of it. Don't worry, we won't make you send back a broken frame, but we will ask for a photo so we can confirm the damaged shipment and file a claim with UPS.
So...what if you ordered the wrong size or style? We will most likely ask that you send the item back. Sorry, you will have to cover the shipping cost on this one, and your refund won't include your original shipping amount. But, we will gladly help you find that elusive frame that you meant to buy and get it shipped ASAP. Questions? Call us toll free at 1-877-875-6641. Please DO NOT return damaged products without first speaking with a Craig Frames representative. Return shipping charges will not be reimbursed unless the return has been authorized by Craig Frames. A quick photo or two of a damaged item is required before a refund or replacement can be processed. Verification photos can be sent to email@example.com, and the email must include your order number and preference of action (refund or replacement).
If a product arrives in satisfactory condition it still may be returned for any reason. Please contact Craig Frames customer service prior to shipping your item return. In most cases, return shipping charges must be paid by the customer. A refund will be processed upon receipt of the return shipment; this will not include original shipping charges. Craig Frames does not offer product exchanges.
