Your
frame arrived damaged? You
ordered the wrong size?
You don't like the style
you ordered? Your dog chewed
on the frame before you
got it on the wall?....Let
us know. We'll provide a
full refund, send an immediate
replacement (unless your
dog chewed it, in which
case we might just send
a new chew toy), or point
you in the direction of
the size/style you want.
We get it...sometimes things
don't work out the way you
hoped. If your frame arrived damaged just call or email us
within 30 days of delivery,
tell us what happened,
and we'll take care of it.
Don't worry, we won't make
you send back a broken frame,
but we will ask for a photo
so we can get our money
back from those UPS guys.
So.. what if you ordered
the wrong size or style?
Well, we will ask that you
send the item back. Sorry,
you will have to cover the
shipping cost on this one,
and your refund won't include
your original shipping amount.
But, we'll gladly help you
find that elusive frame
you meant to buy and get

your day. The serious stuff: Craig Frames will provide a full refund or replacement for any product that arrives damaged due to manufacturer defect or mishandling in transit. Do not return damaged products without first speaking with a Craig Frames representative. Return shipping charges will not be reimbursed unless the return has been authorized by Craig Frames. Photos of a damaged product are required before a refund or replacement can be processed. Verification photos can be sent to info@craigframes.com, and the email must include your order number and preference of action (refund or replacement). If a product arrives in satisfactory condition, it still may be returned for any reason. Please contact Craig Frames Customer Service prior to shipment. Return shipping charges must be paid by the customer. A refund will be processed upon receipt of the return shipment; this will not include original shipping charges. Craig Frames does not offer product exchanges. |
