Q: This is my first visit to your website. How do find what I'm looking for?
A: Welcome to our site! We're glad you found us and decided to browse our selection! We have our picture frame selection broken down by color. Simply pick a color choice on the left navigation bar of any page within our site. Within each color selection, frames are typically listed in order by part number. Recently we added a new selection of frame styles to our lineup. These can be found toward the end of each color listing, or simply by clicking on New Frame Styles. Each frame moulding style and color has a drop-down menu. Within each drop-down menu you will have the option of choosing from over 500 frame sizes. When you find your desired frame size, simply select it and click 'Add to Cart'. When you are done shopping, simply click on 'View Cart' in the upper right hand corner of any page on our site. This will open a drop-down 'Google Checkout' menu. Review the items in your cart, update any quantity changes you might have, and proceed to checkout. Ordering is secure, quick and painless. Feel free to contact us if you have any questions or run into checkout problems.
Q: I'm not seeing what I need. Can you help?
A: You bet! If you can't quite find what you're looking for, or if our product descriptions leave you scatching your head, just pick up the phone and give us a call. Our online listings are just a sampling of what we have to offer. We can create frames of almost any size, we have a wide variety of matting color options, as well as other products and services. We are only a phone call away and we are happy to help!
Q: What is your return policy?
A: While our hope is that returns never need to happen because all our customers will be 100% satisfied, we realize that frames do occasionally arrive damaged, or are not quite what the customer had in mind, or maybe we completely messed up your order. Here is the short answer: Craig Frames will provide a full refund or replacement for any product that arrives damaged due to manufacturer defect or mishandling in transit. Do not return damaged products without first speaking with a Craig Frames representative. Return shipping charges will not be reimbursed unless the return has been authorized by Craig Frames. Photos of the damaged item are required before a refund or replacement can be processed. If a product arrives in satisfactory condition, it can still be returned for any reason. Please contact Craig Frames Customer Service prior to shipment. Return shipping charges must be paid by the customer. A refund will be processed upon receipt of the return shipment (this will not include original shipping charges). Visit our Return Policy page for just a bit more information.
Q: How soon can I expect to receive my order?
A: All picture frame orders ship within 2 business days, and framed art orders ship within 7-10 business days, after payment has been received. Transit time varies depending on buyer location and shipping service. Contact us if you have questions or a unique delivery request. Please keep in mind that, given our midwest location, west coast orders do tend to take a day or two longer than east coast orders. Please visit our Shipping Info page for a better understanding of our shipping process.
Q: Do you offer quantity discounts?
A: We sure do! We are somewhat unique in that we are a manufacturer, distributor, wholesaler and retailer. If you're interested in large quantity pricing please visit our Wholesale Info page for more information.
Q: Do I have to order online and have my item shipped?
A: We are more than happy to take your order over the phone if you're not comfortable placing an order online. You can also stop by our office and place an order in person. And if you would like to pick up your order instead of having it shipped just give us a call.
Q: Do you ship to Canada?
A: Yes, we ship worldwide. Canadian and International orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail. Visit our Shipping Info page for more details.
Q: What exactly is Google CheckoutT and do I need a Google account to make a purchase on your website?
A: Google CheckoutT offers a faster, safer, and more convenient way to shop online. This checkout process does away with the need to create multiple accounts and passwords, it allows you to shop with confidence because of fraud protection measures in place, and it keeps your account info confidential and free of commercial spam. Creating an account is quick, easy and painless. If you don't want to create a Google CheckoutT account you can always call us directly to place your order.
Q: What credit cards do you accept?
A: We currently accept Discover, Mastercard, Visa, and American Express.
Q: Do you accept debit cards?
A: Yes, debit cards that are Visa or Mastercard endorsed are accepted forms of payment.
Q: Do you sell artwork?
A: As a matter of fact, we do! While you won't find many online listings on our site directly, we encourage you to browse the seemingly endless listings at Art Passions, our sister website. All orders placed through Art Passions come through our facility, as some need to be professionaly matted and/or framed. You can also stop by our on-site art gallery to browse our extensive collection of artwork in person. Hint: We offer some great deals on items for sale here in our gallery.
Q: I have a print that has been in my family for years that I would like to have mounted and/or matted and then professionally framed. Can you help?
A: You are in luck! We are more than just the biggest frame manufacturer in the midwest. We also have an on-site art gallery where we offer very personalized service for requests just like yours. Whatever the item - no matter how big or small, new or old, mint condition or tattered - our gallery employees can service your order and leave you with a framed item that will stand up to the test of time. While visiting our gallery you will also be able to view our moulding selection first-hand and get professional advice on moulding styles and matting colors that will compliment your item to be framed. The public is welcome to stop in and visit our gallery. We only ask that you call ahead to schedule an appointment so we can ensure that our gallery representatives will be on hand to spend some time with you.
Q: I want to stop by your facility to place an order or pick up an item. Where are you located?
A: We are conveniently located just off of US-127 here in Ithaca, Michigan. Ithaca is situated roughly 45 minutes north of Lansing and 20 minutes south of Mt. Pleasant. We are a quarter mile east of the highway, north of Washington Road, on Industrial Parkway. Our main office and art gallery can be found on the north side of our building.
Q: Does my frame order include hanging hardware?
A: Yes, each frame comes complete with facing, backing and hanging hardware. Frames 12"x18" and smaller have pre-attached hanging hardware while frames larger than 12"x18" include a hanging hardware kit (typically taped to the back of the frame) that requires assembly before the frame can be hung on the wall. Hanging hardware assembly instructions can be found here. In some cases the hanging hardware kit may have separated from the back of the frame during shipment. Be sure to check the bottom of the box and shipment paper if you can't immediately find the small bag containing all of your needed hanging hardware components.
